1 General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ec33 platform ("we", "ec33", "Platform") and users of the platform ("you", "member", "player").

Key Definitions

• Platform: The ec33 website, mobile version and all associated digital services.
• Account: A member's registered personal gaming account.
• Game Funds / Balance: The currency (money) held in an account and used to play games.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

• Each person may open only one account. If a single person operates multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are fully responsible for keeping your account secure. Please follow the points below at all times:

• Keep your login password strong and never share it with anyone.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify us immediately via 24/7 live chat.
• All transactions and bets carried out from your account will be considered as performed by you.
• Allowing anyone else to use your account, or operating an account on behalf of another person, is strictly prohibited.

Password Changes

Change your password regularly for security purposes. If suspicious activity is detected, ec33 may automatically suspend your account temporarily and notify you by email.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

• The minimum deposit amount on ec33 is ৳200. This applies to all payment methods.

Withdrawals

• Standard withdrawal processing takes between 5 and 30 minutes.

Currency and Tax

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to claiming this bonus:

• A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to claim the bonus.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times (25x) the total bonus amount.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until wagering is complete — however, there are no restrictions on your actual deposited funds.

VIP Cashback Program

ec33's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.1%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

VIP tier is based on a member's gaming activity and loyalty. Staying active and playing regularly is required to move to a higher tier.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period, which is stated in the bonus offer. Expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• Placing low-risk strategic bets using bonus funds (such as betting on both sides simultaneously) is prohibited.
• ec33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus program at any time.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

ec33 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following rules apply to all players:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in immediate account closure, possible forfeiture of all balances and potential legal action.

8 Account Suspension or Closure

Closure by ec33

ec33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or provision of false information.
• Failure to meet the age requirement (under 21 years old).
• Suspicious financial transactions or suspected fraud.

Closure by the Member

You may request closure of your account at any time via 24/7 live chat. If you have a valid balance, your account will be closed after withdrawal.
